Tanjung, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - All village heads were invited, when the Tabalong Legislative Council (DPRD) held a special plenary meeting with the agenda of the delivery speeches of regent and vice regent's vision and mission for the 2019-2024 period.

DPRD Chairman Darwin Awi said through this special plenary meeting the people's representatives and village officials could find out the vision and mission of the elected regent and deputy regent.

"After being officially sworn in on March 17, 2019, our regents and deputy regents are scheduled to deliver a vision and mission speech," explained Darwin.

According to Darwin, the vision and mission delivered were the direction of development and bringing Tabalong district to be better and prosperous for the community.

All council leaders were present, including the vice chairman of Mursidah and Masruddin. Likewise the members of the regional leadership coordination forum, including the Chief of Police Adj Sr Comr (AKBP) Hardiono and the Commander (Dandim) of 1008 Tanjung Military Command Lt. Col. Arm Eddy Susanto.

In his speech, Regent Anang Syakhfiani, who was accompanied by Deputy Regent Mawardi, stated that he wanted to continue the vision and mission before, namely towards more religious, prosperous, and independent Tabalong.

Head of Sei Pimping Village, Tanjung Subdistrict, Mars Yani hopes Tabalong will be more advanced during the leadership period of Anang - Mawardi.

"We want the construction of road and bridge infrastructure to be a priority for future development programs," said Mars.
