Kotabaru, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - The Kotabaru, South Kalimantan, Legislative Council (DPRD) seeks to accelerate the distribution of development, especially in remote areas, through three initiatives draft regulations (raperda inisiatif).
"We as the Kotabaru government express our highest gratitude and appreciation for the positive intentions and hard work of the DPRD members so that the three draft regulations can be drafted," the Kotabaru Regent said through the District Secretary H Said Akhmad here on Friday.
The draft regulation on the development of this remote area is considered very important for the Kotabaru government considering currently, 152 villages are in the remote category.
The Kotabaru government, he said, continues to improve development not to let it left behind by other districts. This draft regulation is expected to be the basis for the government in taking policies so that development can be felt by all levels of society.
The three draft regulations included draft regulations on family resilience and public participation in development,
The Kotabaru DPRD Speaker Hj Alfisah, after the plenary session on the three draft regulations, revealed that according to the mechanism, the legislature would conduct an internal meeting and form a special committee to discuss the draft regulation.
