Barabai, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - The joint team of forest and land fire (karhutla) which consisted of the military, police and assisted by community managed to extinguish land fires in Kabang Lok Lahat Village in Limpasu Subdistrict, Central Hulu Sungai (HST).


The Rayon Military 1002 Ilung Commander (Danramil) Captain Arh Sulasito, Saturday (22/9) in Ilung said the hotspots were found at the coordinates -24868 4048 653 S 115.5090 56091 E. The area of approximately 1.2 hectares belonged to a citizen.

"The burned land is based on the owner' description planned to be used to open agricultural land," he said.
