"The rule for the free zone of mining is contrary to the South Kalimantan Master Spatial Planning (RTRWP)," said Secretary of DPRD's Commission III for Development and Infrastructure H Riswandi SIP in Banjarmasin on Tuesday.

Riswandi who is also Chairman of the Special Committee (Pansus) of Proposed Regulation on Mineral and Coal Mining Management in South Kalimantan declared it after consultation with the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) in Jakarta last week.
