Head of the Kotabaru Human Settlements and Housing Agency H Akhmad Rivai here on Sunday said the local government in 2016 budget actually allocated a budget for two garbage compactor. "Infact only one garbage compactor available at the manufacturer," he said.

To overcome these problems, the government prepares garbage compactor, including to handle untransported waste due to limited transport time.
