Banjarmasin, S Kalimatan (ANTARA) - Director of Banjarmasin Polytechnic (Poliban) Joni Riadi said that 30 students recipients of Indonesia Bright Future Leaders (IBFL) scholarship have achieved a satisfactory Grade Point Average (known as IPK in Indonesia).
"Alhamdulillah 30 students who received IBFL scholarship from PT SIS got satisfactory GPA scores this semester," he said here on Friday.
PT Saptaindra Sejati (SIS) as a subsidiary of Adaro Energy Indonesia provides scholarships to 30 D3 program students to study for three years from 2023.
On February 29, 2024 the company conducted monitoring and evaluation of these students.

Joni, who welcomed the PT SIS team, said that their activity was to monitor development of achievement of IBFL program students.
"We extend to PT SIS that they achieved a satisfactory GPA," he said.
Joni said, with IBFL scholarship provided by PT SIS to 30 Poliban students, it is hoped that when they graduate they will be able to contribute to Adaro company.
"Hopefully we can continue to improve our collaboration, synergize with each other to build superior and quality human resource and of course we will always provide the best service to produce industry standard graduates," he said.
DH HR Staff of PT SIS Adaro Energy Indonesia, Toni Suwardi, said his side is always ready to commit and be open with Poliban to build superior human resources in South Kalimantan.
"Meetings like this at the beginning should be intensified, to discuss and collaborate with each other. If what we do now meets expectation it will become role model," he said.
