The availability of Rumah Pintar is very useful to enhance early education and skill for children and could be developed by conducting training that involves related working unit agency,Tanjung, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - PT Adaro Indonesia builds Rumah Pintar (smart house) as learning center for children in Pembataan Village, Tabalong, South Kalimantan.
The Adaro Social Responsibility (CSR) Program Manager Ideham Kurniawan in Tanjung on Thursday said Rumah Pintar was built using about Rp377,79 millions of 2015 CSR fund as the company's contribution for the development in the field of education.
Built on an area of 312 square meters, Rumah Pintar completed with class rooms, library, meeting hall, tools room and kitchen.
Head of PAUD (early childhood education programs) Department of Tabalong Education Agency Aswarie said that Rumah Pintar also provided with reading books, educative visual aids, play tools and sewing machine as assistance from the Ministry of Education.
The facility was inaugrated by Regent Anang Syakfiani, who was accompanied by Head of Tabalong TP PKK (Family Welfare Movement) Syarifah Syifa, Head of PAUD and Education for Community Development Center Region IV Kalimantan Rony Gunarso.
"The availability of Rumah Pintar is very useful to enhance early education and skill for children and could be developed by conducting training that involves related working unit agency," Regent said.
According to Rony Gunarso, Rumah Pintar which was built by Adaro was a prove to good partnership of local government and private company.
"The PAUD Development Center will give coaching and program supporting to develop Rumah Pintar in Tabalong and I am proud of Adaro's attention and care of education development here," he said.
