Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - The Banjarmasin Criminal Investigation Unit Police crippling six bank customers robbers because of fighting and want to escape when captured.


"Four offenders caught at a hotel in Tabalong, South Kalimantan, and two others captured in the airport area in Central Kalimantan. They all were interprovincial network from Palembang, South Sumatra," said Banjarmasin police chief Kombes Drs Wahyono MH in Banjarmasin, Monday.

He said the arrest of six actors in two different places was carried out on Wednesday (13/1) night around 23.30.

After being caught, all the perpetrators directly brought to Banjarmasin Police to undergo legal process and the investigation of the crimes they committed.

From police investigation, they committed their crimes used nails to deflating bank customer car tires. Previously, theyfollowed customer from the bank after taking the money.

"According to the police report the victim suffered loss of Rp215 million," he said, accompanied by Deputy Chief AKBP Dwi Wahyu Ariwibowo when exposing the case.

Wahyono also said from the arrest the police managed to secure the rest of the money amounting to Rp35 million and some of the alleged victim's cell phone.

The perpetrators were paralyzed by the shot were identified as Paber Iwander (32), Jamaluddin (23) Debi Arta (25), Frozkan (38). They were arrested at the hotel in Tanjung, Tabalong, South Kalimantan.

Furthermore, Suwarto (35) and Rafi Ahmad (27) were arrested in the airport area of ??Palangkaraya, Central Kalimantan.

Jamaluddin was suspected to be the brain of the crime, because he's got the most part of Rp45 million.

The Banjarmasin police would charge the six actors with Article 363 paragraph 2 of the Code of Penal (KUHP), under penalty of more than nine years in prison.
