Head of Balangan Revenue Management and Asset Finance Agency (DPPKAD) Zulkifli revealed that the royalty is increased by 80 percent compared to 2015.
"Royalties received Balangan government Rp918 billion this year, up about 80 percent compared to 2015 which was only Rp474 billion," he said.
The increase occurred because in 2015 Balangan royalties should be shared with North Hulu Sungai, which is the main district before separated from Balangan.
However, continued Zulkifli, who will soon retire, the money has not entered the local treasury, so it could not be included in its entirety in pure budget in 2016.
"The money has not been transferred by the central government to the local treasury, and for the liquefaction process is usually a three-stage, indirectly all," he said.
The funds transferred, he said, is not fully, only about 70 percent of total royalties. For 2015 from Rp474 billion only Rp342 billion received by Balangan.
