Batulicin, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - Tanah Bumbu Civil Registry and Population Agency (Disdukpencapil) continues its efforts to improve the quality of public service by lanching the Disdukpencapil Menyapa Masyarakat (DMM/Disdukpencapil Greets the Community) innovation.
Acting Head of the agency Gento Hariyadi in Batulicin on Thursday said DMM of its innovation to improve a better service and to be closer to the public, then they can find out the extent of the quality of service have been provided to the public.
"Disdukpencapil as a public servant is always ready to absorb input, complaint, criticism, and suggestion from the public," he said.
Without criticism and suggestion from the public, he continues, public services cannot be said to be perfect.

The program will be carried out routinely at least once a month, either through radio, zoom meeting, or other electronic media.
