Balangan, South Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - An Australian citizen who was visiting Balangan should be treated in the Emergency Room (IGD) at Balangan General Hospital for wounds in his head.


Balangan Police Chief AKBP Sudrajad Hariwibowo on Sunday, as confirmed via telephone, said this is a serious case, because it involves a foreign citizen (WNA), so it will be handled directly by the Balangan Resort Police.

"It's the crime of theft with violence (curas). The perpetrator violated article 365 of the Criminal Code, the victim a foreign citizen from Australia. This time the victim has been handled by Balangan hospitals, with a wound in the head and right arm," he said.
