Batulicin, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - Tanah Bumbu (Tanbu) government has hosted a firefighters team competition from all South Kalimantan Province.


This is an annual agenda for South Kalimantan Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBDs) at least followed by 58 squads from 13 districts and cities in South Kalimantan.

"Through this competition we expect an increase expertise of each team in handling the fire," said Regent Tanbu, Mardani H Maming, through written speech read out by the Assistant of Public Administration, Mukhlis, SH ahead of the competition in the field of SDN 1, Kusan Hilir subdistrict, Saturday (23/8).

Also attending the agility competition is Director General of Public Administration of Interior Affair Ministry, Ramses Hutagalung, and Government Affairs Advisor to the Governor, H Sofian AH, MM. The race for the 2014 trophy of the Governor.

The main winner gets money coaching Rp16 million, then Rp4 million for first favorite winner and second favorite get Rp3 million.
