Head of South Hulu Sungai (HSS) Health Office doctor Siti Zainab as spokesperson of the Task Force for Acceleration Handling of COVID-19 reported an increase of three positive case of COVID-19, Thursday (June 18, 2020).
One of the three, she said, is an eight month old infant from Sungai Raya Sub-district. While the other two are an 18 year old girl from Simpur and a 27 year old woman also from Simpur, bringing the number to 44.
"The detail of 44 cases, 32 in treatment, seven had recovered, and five died," she said in an official report from the task force.
The latest situation of COVID-19 case in the district was 348 People Under Monitoring (ODP), 333 of whom had finished the period of monitoring and 15 people still in the process, while Patient Under Surveillance (PDP) are seven.
Six of the seven PDPs are female with a range of age from 10 to 69, and a male of 51 year old.
The spread of ODP per sub-district are Kandangan 84, and 81 had finished, Daha Selatan 66 all had finished, Daha Barat two all had finished, Daha Utara 51 and 47 had finished.
Simpur 36 all had finished, Sungai Raya 20 and 17 had finished, Padang Batung 28 all had finished, Angkinang 29 and 26 had finished.
Then Telaga Langsat nine all had finished, Kalumpang 11 and nine had finished, and Loksado 12 all had finished.
