Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - The South Kalimantan's Provincial National Narcotics Agency (BNNP) nabbed narcotic recidivists, Usaha Ahmad Husaini Alias Usai, just abut a crystal methamphetamine dealing.
Thanks to the information from residents, the suspect who lived on Jalan Muara Uya, Lambang village, Tabalong District, then arrested, said Investigation, Action, and Chase Section Chief of South Kalimantan's BNNP AKP Suyatmin here on Tuesday.
He was arrested exactly next to one hotel located at Pangeran Antasari Street at 21.00, Monday (10/3).
A 15 grams of crystal methamphetamine, locally known as shabu-shabu, secured from him. It was inserted into a cigarette box and affixed in the right hand by using duct tape.
"Usai is not a new player in the drug trafficking. He had previously been arrested by the Narcotics Banjarmasin Police Unit in 2009 and sentenced for three years," he told reporters.
From inspection, it is known Usai getting shabu-shabu from someone with the initials MC with a profit of Rp500 thousand per gram.
"The illicit goods that would be sold and distributed in the district of Tabalong," he said.
Usai violated Article 112 paragraph 2 sub 114 of Law No. 35 of 2009 on Narcotics with a minimum sentence of six years.
