Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - Head of the South Kalimantan High Court (Kajati) AR Nashruddien, SH here on Tuesday said his rank is currently looking for a pattern to impoverish the perpetrators of corruption.

In addition to others to think a thousand times if anyone wants to corrupt because the future of law enforcement, particularly the prosecution intends to impoverish the corrupt.
Currently the criminals only charged under the Act of Anti-corruption Court (Tipikor), and it will not make the criminals deterrent for their actions.
One thing to note, perpetrators of corruption is not for food and clothing but to accumulate wealth.
Then came the mode, that corruptor will count as a math of corruption. If for example Rp1 trillion corruption estimated punished only 1 to 2 years then they reckless daring.
