Eleven Protocol Roads Free of Parties Billboards

Banjarmasin , South Kalimantan ( Antaranews ) - General Election Commission here (KPUD) established eleven protocols streets of the city free of billboards or other campaign props.

Banjarmasin KPUD members on Technical and Implementation Division, Joko Nugroho, here on Wednesday revealed 11 protocol roads prohibited from attributes of the campaign, are Akhmad Yani and Hasan Basri, Jalan Sutoyo S, Jalan Lambung Mangkurat, Jalan Sudirman, S. Parman, Antasari, Pangeran Samudera, Anang Adenansi, Governor Subardjo, and RK Ilir.

"Under a PKPU No. 15 of 2013 Article 17 Paragraph (1), all these roads should be free of billboards, banners, and other props, " he said .

In addition to the protocol roads , he said , socialization or campaign props is also prohibited at eight other locations coupled with restrictions imposed by Perwali No. 3 of 2012.

Prohibition put props campaign under PKPU, ie places of worship, hospitals, other health care, government buildings, and educational institutions or schools. Furthermore , the freeway, facilities, and public infrastructure as well as trees.

As for the ban based on Perwali, ie plots of offices owned by local government agency, or educational facilities and places of worship, interchange, traffic signs, telephone poles, and power lines.

Last is a banner across the top of the road surface, drainage , parks, and state -owned facilities and provincial governments as well as places that are not permitted by the mayor or his representative. *** 1 ***
