Alhamdulillah I won the first best of Best Paper with the theme Politic, Democrasy, and Trans-national Religious Movement,Banjarmasin, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - Muhammad Rizali, student of the Antasari State Islamic University (UIN) of Banjarmasin, won the first best of the "Best Paper" in Borneo Undergraduate Academic Forum (BUAF) held in the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) of Samarinda, East Kalimantan.
"Alhamdulillah I won the first best of Best Paper with the theme Politic, Democrasy, and Trans-national Religious Movement," Rizali remarked.
BUAF is a journal research presentation agenda conducted by students of the State Islamic Religious College (PTKIN).
This year's BUAF raised the theme of "Contemporary Islamic Studies and the Challange of Globalization in the Millennial Era" which was attended by 110 students from 15 PTKIN in Indonesia. Each student first followed the article selection until 110 best students were chosen to present their research results in the BUAF Forum.
Rizali, who is currently active as the Chairperson of the UIN Antasari Student Executive Board (DEMA), examines the UIN Antasari student paradigm about the concept of khilafah and nation-state hegemony.
He was interested in examining the theme departing from data from one of the campus management who stated that UIN Antasari was one of the campuses exposed to radicalism.
