Banjarmasin, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - BUMN Hadir Untuk Negeri (SOE Present for the Nation) distributed assistance to build the environment for South Kalimantan to mark the 74th anniversary of Indonesia's Independence Day commemoration in Banjarmasin.
The state owned enterprices (BUMN) officials here submitted the assistance on the coommemoration held at Sultan Suriansyah Building. One of which was IDR120 million to build 15 doors of bathing, washing, and toilet (known here as MCK) facility in Belitung Utara, West Banjarmasin.
While South Hulu Sungai (HSS) District received IDR100 million to build clean water facility and the same assistance given for Sungai Rangas residents in Banjar District.
BUMN Hadir Untuk Negeri also gave other giveaway in the form of scholarship for each level of education, namely IDR35 million for elementary school (SD), IDR40 million for junior (SMP), and IDR50 million for high school (SMA).
This is a form of concern of the state owned enterprices for the nation, said President Director of Jasa Raharja, and is distributed in every year on the commemoration of the Independence day.
"Alhamdulillah, the distributed assistance keep increasing," he remarked.
He expected the assistance to benefit the residents, especially for the their health and preservation of the environment.
