" Banjarmasin already have legislation houses on stage, then it has to be applied sooner. Never be late or hoarded lands or buildings always and continue to grow," he advised.
Banjarmasin used to be flooded every time it rains lasted two hours, especially in certain areas, such as around Jalan Lambung Mangkurat, Pangeran Samudera and Jalan Hasanuddin HM. Moreover if the heavy rains coincide with the tide, making the height of the water in the streets disturbing the smooth traffic within the city.
