"All the conditions for RTRWP discussion already met and the various problems posed have been corrected, so we’re just waiting for a final conclusion," he said.
Regulation RTRWP are then implemented as guidelines for districts and municipalities spatial planning in South Kalimantan.
Previously, Special Committee I of parliament discusses draft of South Kalimantan 2012-2032 RTRWP, consult the central government, including the Ministry of Forestry, Ministry of Public Works and the Ministry of Interior, especially with the Directorate General for Regional Development.
While the committee meeting with eight Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) in the province, uncovered, at least four serious issues should be a concern and resolved completely.
The four problems, including so far 11 of 13 districts/cities in South Kalimantan has already set their RTRW. Another problem is area districts/cities that are not in sync, so if you add up the results exceed the extent of South Kalimantan only about 37,000 km2.
Then the boundary problem and is still a difference between the border districts, such as District by District Tanah Laut and Tanah Bumbu.
Similarly, indigenous settlements long ago (before the Minister of Forestry Regulation No. 435 of 2009) has been found in the forests, and the settlement also requires serious attention.
