The expression of happiness cannot be hidden by the Head of the Library and Archives Agency of North Hulu Sungai Hj. Lailatanur Raudah as her niece Afifa Fitiya Fauzia (6 years) won a proud achievement on Indonesia Face Model 2019 (held from February 28 to March 4) at the Grand Butik Jakarta.
"Thank God, she got the title of Tourism Ambassador, The Best Costume, Prince and Princess International, which in July God willing will represent Indonesia to Singapore and Myanmar," Lailatanur Raudah said in Amuntai on Thursday.
Afifah is a daughter of a couple of Heny Herawati and Fauzal Akbari, native to the Amuntai, North Hulu Sungai (HSU), who live in the city of Banjarbaru.
Lailatanur said Afifa fond of and talented in modeling and dance since her childhood. Her parents sent her to a modeling course at Sanggar Kelapa Banjarbaru outside her school activities at SDN 2 Komet.
Afifa born in Banjarbaru, June 9, 2012, is the second child of two siblings. Since the age of five, she participated in various modeling and achievement events. Among them is 2nd place in Ball Clothing, 2nd Place in Photogenic Competition, Best 1 for Casual and Best Clothing 3 Jeans in Indonesia Model Search.
Afifah also won the 2nd place in the Photo Kids and Moms Competition as well as the 2nd contender of Nanang Galuh Banjar Cilik 2018.
Lailatanur hopes that her nephew will come to visit HSU in order to motivate children and the younger generation at Amuntai especially in the field of modeling.
