Object of ecotourism Mandiangin peak in the area of the Sultan Adam Public Forest Park (Tahura), Banjar district, lately has become more attractive.


South Kalimantan Antaranews journalist who traveled to the top of Mandiangin on Saturday reported the road to the peak which was once only rocky has now been smoothly paved.

Several locations of peak points of interest, such as the Dutch bathing pool, are increasingly beautiful with concrete pools and colorful paints that look clean, thus stimulating visitors to take a bath.

While other facilities for selfies with the foreground of the mountains with green forests shrouded in white clouds, and the background of the condition of the Public Forest Park is equally beautiful.

To reach this selfie point, visitors must climb dozens of stairs made of yellow white painted concrete.

Visitors were a lot, most were students who want to spend the night or camping, as well as teenagers from the local area who are back and forth using two-wheeled motorized vehicles at the peak.

Even seen a number of groups of bicycle lovers who took to the top.

Although entering the area of the Mandiangin having to buy an entrance ticket of Rp11,000 per person did not discourage visitors from visiting the location where there are many mini waterfalls.

Moreover, this location is not far from the Banjarmasin, which is only about one hour drive, making it suitable for residents of the city to look for recreational locations for refreshment.
