Banjarmasin, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - Samsat Banjarmasin II on Jalan Brigjen H Hasan Basry opened the superior service Samsat drive thru. People who want to pay taxes do not need to get off the vehicle and will be served immediately at the available counters.

"In principle, the Samsat drive thru facilitates short and convenient services for the community," said Aminuddin Latif, Head of South Kalimantan Finance Agency (Bakeuda), Tuesday (2/19).

The launching of the Samsat drive thru was carried out by South Kalimantan Regional Secretary H Abdul Haris Makie representing South Kalimantan Governor H Sahbirin Noor.

Latif said, now all Samsat offices in South Kalimantan provide similar services.

The superior service of the Samsat (Vehicle Document Registration Center) is a mandate of Presidential Regulation No. 5/2015 concerning the Implementation of a One-Stop Single-Vehicle Administration System.

Samsat drive thru is a service for validating Vehicle Registration Certificates (STNK), Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) payments, and Road Traffic Accident Donations (SWDKLLJ) provided outside the Samsat office building. Taxpayers make transactions without getting off the vehicle.

"We expect more people to be able to take advantage of this service. As long as the conditions are complete, it will only take between 5 and 10 minutes," Latif said.

In the launching event, South Kalimantan Bakeuda handed over 17 motorbikes to 14 UPT (Technical Implementation Unit ) Samsat in the district and city. The vehicle is intended for shuttle services for officers who visit the tax payer in the process of paying taxes.

Present at the launching were a number of officials, such as Deputy Director of Traffic of South Kalimantan Regional Police, Adj Sr Comr (AKBP) Pepen Supena Wijaya, representing Director Traffic Police Sr Comr Muji Ediyanto, and Branch Manager of PT Jasa Raharja M Zulham Pane.
