Pelaihari, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - Regent Tanah Laut, South Kalimantan, H Sukamta handed over the Satyalencana Karya Satya award from the central government to 353 State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the Tanah Laut Government in Pelaihari, Thursday (1/17).
"The Satya Lencana Karya Satya Award is given to ASN with ten years, 20 years and 30 years of dedication," said Husein Irianta, Head of the Employment and Human Resources Development Agency.
Regent H Sukamta said that giving honorifics naturally fostered a sense of pride, motivation, dharma bakti, and an exemplary attitude for other civil servants (ASNs).
"This is a state award to ASN, so it has its own significance and meaning as a sign of dedication," he said.
Devotion, he said, is not only seen from status and position but is a result of loyalty and dedication during the course of their duties.
"It takes decades of service for ASN to get a sign of this respect," he said.
The awarding of the Satyalencana Karya Satya award to 353 civil servants was attended by the Secretary of District H Syahrian Nuridin and the invitees.
