Pelaihari, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - Chairwoman of the Tanah Laut Family Welfare Movement (PKK) Driving Team Hj Nurul Hikmah Sukamta said women must be brave to be a pioneer in child protection and must protect children from the various violence that might occur.
"Not only adults to be watched out of acts of violence but the environment and children of their age also need to be watched out," she pointed out in the Seminar on the Pioneer of Child Protection in Pelaihari, Wednesday (8/19).

The seminar was organized by the Tanah Laut Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Agency (DP2KBP3A) and local women's organizations.
"Children are the next generation and our responsibility is to get their rights including safe and conducive conditions," said Hj Nurul Hikmah Sukamta.
She explained that the seminar was intended to increase knowledge for participants in order to protect the younger generation from various acts of violence.
"Hopefully Tanah Laut becomes a safe, comfortable, and conducive area for our children," she said.
The seminar was opened by the Chairwoman of the Tanah Laut TP-PKK Hj Nurul Hikmah Sukamta and was attended by Chairperson of GOW Yati Oktaviana Abdi Rahman, Chairwoman of the Tanah Laut Association of Dharma Wanita Ayi Rahmawati, Head of DP2KBP3A Jh Luftiaty Uyun.
