Banjarmasin, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - Barito Putera's striker Samsul Arif Munip brought his team's victory in the Derby match against Borneo FC with a score of 1-0 in the Go-Jek League 1 at the 17 Mei Stadium Banjarmasin on Friday.
       
The former national team striker entered the goal to bring his team's victory over the East Kalimantan team in the 83rd minute.
       
The player who was born in Bojonegoro shot his "thunderbolt" in the penalty box, although it was blocked by Borneo goalkeeper Nadeo Arga Winata, the ball remained lodged into the goal.

Despite a narrow 1-0 win, it was enough to lift Barito Putera from the standings ranked 11th to 7th with 46 points from 33 matches.
       
Barito Putera had the opportunity to double the victory through Rizky Pora's legs in the final minutes of the second half. Although it can fool the goalkeeper, unfortunately, the kick was not right on the target.
         
The Borneo FC team was not without scoring opportunities. In 90 minutes of matches, several times the attackers endangered the Barito goalkeeper guarded by national team junior goalkeeper Muhammad Riyadi.

Borneo coach Dejan Antonic acknowledged disappointed at the defeat of his team because there were many opportunities could have been made a goal to win.
       
"Even though for 80 minutes we have been able to survive and even create opportunities, but Barito Putera's players were fortunate to score goals," he said.
       
Barito coach Jacksen Ferreira Tiago said his team had managed to close the home match sweetly with a victory.
