Amuntai, S Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - The Haur Gading Community Health Center (Puskesmas) in North Hulu Sungai (HSU) won an award as an outstanding puskesmas at the 54th National Health Day commemoration across South Kalimantan.
The award and trophy were handed over by Deputy Governor Rudy Resnawan accompanied by Provincial Secretary Abdul Haris Makkie and Head of the South Kalimantan Health Agency Muhammad Muslim at the closing of the posyandu (integrated health services post) cadre jamboree at the peak of the National Health Day in Banjarmasin last week.
HSU also achieved several achievements at the event through health programs, such as exemplary health workers, dentists, environmental health, exemplary village midwives, and programs for the use of medicinal plants for the village.
The Chairwoman of HSU Family Welfare Movement (TP PKK) Hj Anisah Rasyidah Wahid in Amuntai on Monday (11/26) expressed her joy and gratitude for the achievements in the health sector.
"I thank the ranks of health and society for supporting and helping local government programs in an effort to improve public health through the healthy life movement (Germas), so that many achievements have been achieved by HSU district through the health sector," Anisah said.
