Kandangan, (Antaranews South Kalimantan) - Education Team and staff assistant PT Subur Agro Makmur is now running a 3000 hours teaches program ton the nearest schools to the company in West Daha, South Hulu Sungai (HSS).
Administrator of PT Subur Agro Makmur Junet Budiarto through Budi Slamet H Education Team Representative, in Bajayau, Saturday (28/7), said this activity is still in the series of Astra's 30th anniversary which is packaged in Astra Agro Mengajar 3000 Jam or Astra Agro Teaches for 3000 Hours program.
"This activity will be conducted every week to schools in ring one in the village around PT Subur Agro Makmur plantation, until the peak of Astra Agro Lestari anniversary in October 2018," he said, when giving information via phone.
He explained that the teaching materials delivered related to the importance of processed products from oil palm in life, because the products from the basic materials of oil palm can be used in everyday life.
The products are cooking oil, margarine, soap, cosmetics, and others. It is hoped that through this teaching the students in the schools who are in ring one know early on the importance of the processed variety of products of the oil palm and instill their affection on the plantation business.
The members of the team, among others, Boneka Mas Bro, Herdieka, Akhsan Arief, Esti Setyaningsih, Dedi Romanda and Devi Feriyanjani.
The teaching was enthusiastically weilcomed by the primary school SDN Bedaun students who followed the activities to completion.
