Barabai, S Kalimantan - The people of Central Hulu Sungai (HST) are disappointed because the "Cinta Banua" ambulance cars are also confiscated and transported by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) to Jakarta as evidence of the case of the inactive regent.

According to the head of the Cinta Banua Volunteers team who supported the Regent during the 2015 regional elections (pilkada) Yazid Fahmi, the ambulance cars have been enjoyed by the community for free health services.

"We do not think the ambulance cars have anything to do with the case of the regent because they existed before he took office and before being used by the team in the campaign during the elections in 2015 to 11 sub-districts in HST," he said in Barabai, Monday (12/3).

Yazid said, his side is very regretted KPK actions that also brought the ambulance cars type Daihatsu Grandmax as evidence.

"Hundreds of people have been enjoying and being helped by the free ambulance facility. We phone call, the ambulance will come directly to pick up if any resident sick or need to be taken to the hospital," he said.

The Cinta Banua ambulance cars amounted to 11 parked in the Great Mosque of Riyadushalihin with workers standby 24 hours serving the citizens of HST for free.

But on Sunday (12/3) KPK officers brought the ambulance cars to Jakarta along with private cars and luxury motorcycles owned by Regent HST HAL to be confiscated and used as evidence.
