Banjarmasin, S Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - South Kalimantan Vice Governor Rudy Resnawan promised to ease investment permit for South Korea as an effort to boost regional economic growth.

According to Rudy, the Government of South Kalimantan is ready to follow up cooperation with South Korea.
"If any investors want to work in South Kalimantan, it will be profitable, we will remain committed to facilitating the licensing or other requirements, to further synergize with the central policy," he said in Banjarmasin on Monday.

Previously, the provincial government got a visit from the South Korean businessmen. Guests of the ginseng country are directors and managers of PT Tae Su Construction Co.Ltd, who visit to get to know the potential and investment opportunities in the province.

Their visit is also in return for the visit of Vice Governor Rudy Resnawan to Korea some time ago.
"We are very excited and appreciate the entrepreneur's arrival because this visit is an honor for the region and the community. Hopefully, this visit will establish cooperation in the field of business," said Vice Governor.

According to Rudy, his side has explained to potential and the advantages of investing here, such as from the geographical side as it is right at the midpoint of the archipelago in Indonesia.

South Kalimantan has abundant natural resources, including agriculture, plantation, and mining.
This area, he added, is also likely to be elected as the center of state administration to replace Jakarta.

In addition, the community friendly culture, and South Kalimantan is an area called free from earthquake, tsunami, volcanic eruptions, or large floods.
Meanwhile, PT Tae Su Construction GM Mr. Park Young Seok who also the head of the group said the description by Vice Governor has caught the attention of his side to be followed up, including the opportunity to cooperation in the field of investment.
