A bloody machete found next to Grandma Lana

Balangan, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - The Balangan Police keep trying to uncover the mistreatment against Grandma Lana alias Ma Ibah who has injured in the neck allegedly as a result of being slashed by someone with a machete.

When examining the crime scene (TKP) in early Tuesday morning at Ma Ibah's house, the police found a bloody machete lying beside the body.

Allegedly the machete was previously in the victim's room. It was seen from the sheath of the machete that was still in the room.

The husband of the victim Jailani alias Pa Ibah, who slept in the room, admitted to knowing the victim was injured at around 6:40 am when there was a resident who knocks on the door to shop for cigarettes.

Some residents revealed, when the incident happened, the activities of the two did not look as usual.

On ordinary days, since at 04:00, Ma Ibah started the morning by opening the shop, which sells the various needs. While her husband, Pa Ibah, at the same time, set out to tap rubber.

"But when the incident happened, the two were not seen doing the activity," said one resident.

Wednesday (11/10) at around 05:00 until 08.00, local police back on crime scene examination to check off the events according to the witnesses. Sobs of family and neighbors instantly broke the silence.

The Lampihong Sector Police is still investigating by requesting information from six witnesses, including neighbors, families and the husband.

While other evidence was a bloody machete that has been cleaned by Pa Ibah and the sheath, one mat, and plate with blood spots. All confiscated by police.
