Regent, PT Jorong signs MoU to build seaport

Pelaihari, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - The Government of Tanah Laut and PT Jorong Port Development signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on the construction of Swarangan seaport on Tuesday (9/10).

The event was attended by Regional Secretary of Tanah Laut H Syarian Nurdin, Assistant of Development Economy and Welfare Nor Hidayat, Head of Transportation Agency Andris Evony.

Also present were Head of Sea Transportation, Rivers, and Crossings Danoe Sulaiman, Director of PT JPD Group Andi Yudhi Hendriawan and Andrie Triandy and heads of Tanah Laut government working units (SOPD).

The signing of the MoU was executed by the President Director of PT JPD H Wisnu Soehardjo and Regent of Tanah Laut H Bambang Alamsyah.

"Alhamdulillah we have stepped forward with the signing of the MoU on this day," said Regent H Bambang Alamsyah.

He hopes with the signing of the MoU, the continuation of Swarangan seaport development will soon be done by the contractor.
