Banjarmasin, S Kalimantan 11/7 (AntaranewsKalsel) - Seaport Area Sector Police (KPL) of the Bajarmasin City Police conducts inspection to every car that descends from the ship at Trisakti Port.

KPL chief Comr (Kompol) Moch Fihim here on Tuesday said no one missed the examination. Every truck carrying goods or private cars were all searched.

"The cars that come off the ship are very vulnerable to the smuggling of illicit goods, such as narcotics and dangerous drugs and firearms," he told AntaranewsKalsel.

KPL chief also said, tightening surveillance in Trisakti Port is intended that drugs and other illicit goods can not enter Banjarmasin and surrounding areas.

"The port is the main entrance of prohibited goods, so supervision and inspection should be tightened against people, goods and vehicles," said the man who familiar with the media crew.
