Kotabaru Regent Muhammad Rusli strengthened partnership with Batulicin Immigration to encourage an increase in immigration services.

He expounded that people living in Kotabaru are quite far from Batulicin Immigration Office, so they need time and quite expensive cost when applying for passpost, stay permits, and other services.
