Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - The number of airline passengers in Syamsudin Noor Airport Banjarmasin till D-4 of Eid or July 2, 2016, both departing and incoming, reached 92,293 people.
Public Relation of PT Angkasa Pura I Syamsudin Noor Airport Nugroho Frandi in Banjarbaru on Sunday said the number of passengers is accumulation since D-12 of Eid 1437 H.
"The number of 92,293 passengers is a report compiled by the clerk and can be viewed online at the Eid Integrated Command Post from D-12 to D-4," he said.
He said the highest number recorded was on D-4 or Saturday (2/7) with as many as 12,771 passengers, while the previous days ranges from 8,400 to 10,500 passengers.
He elaborated, incoming passengers on D-4 as many as 5,509 were transported by 45 flights and the number of passengers departing as many as 7262 people.
"We still do not know when the peak of homecoming exodus with the highest number of passengers, while we still see the movement of passengers until the D-day of Eid," he said.
Meanwhile, data gathered from the Eid Command Post operating since June 24 to July 17, 2016 recorded the number of passengers arriving and departing fluctuating.
The number of passengers arriving and departing on D-12 or June 24 as many as 9,503, and increased in D-11 with as many as 9,992 people and declined in D-10 with 9839 passengers.
Then, continues to decline in D-9 with 9,397 passngers and recorded 9,070 on D-8. But increased on D-7 to be 9,857 people and 10,505 people on D-6.
"The number of passengers on D-5 or Friday 11,359 people and continued to increase in D-4 with as many as 12,771 people recorded as the highest compared to other days," he said.
