"If the Martapura river water quality latter be an obstacle, let's find a other alternatives for raw water sources," he said.

He suggested PDAM Bandarmasih must have a short-term solution to the availability of raw water. For example by making a new intake utilizing river in the nearby area, or if possible by deep wells.

"Or the last option with the use of seawater, but it is very expensive way of production," said Ibnu Sina.

He said he did not waive the plan that PDAM wants to build a giant reservoir for the availability of water for a long-term program, but it needs to be a review in order not to be a problem in the future.
