PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk won two awards at the 2022 TOP CSR Award, the TOP Leader on CSR Commitment 2022 and TOP CSR Awards 2022 on Star 5 as a highest appreciation for Adaro CSR's performance.
The awards were received by President Director of PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk Garibaldi Thohir.
“Award from third party through the Top CSR Award media is not the main goal of PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk's CSR, but with this recognition and award we realize that we do on the right track_ in CSR activities," said Adjie Sapta, Chairman of Adaro Bangun Negeri Foundation (YABN).
He said the vision, mission, and CSR strategy of PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk had been well implemented in the field for the benefit of the beneficiaries and all other stakeholders.
Top CSR Awards 2022 ceremony took place at Raffles Hotel, Jakarta, March 30, 2022. This year's TOP CSR raised the theme "Being a Responsible Company is the Key Strategy for Business Sustainable Growth".
Top CSR Awards are held annually by Top Business Magazine in cooperation with a number of institutions, such as the Indonesian Governance Professional Association(PaGI), the Indonesian GRC Association, Corebest (CSR consulting and training agency); LKN (Nawacita Study Institute), Pakem (Microfinance Development) Foundation, SDP (PT Sinergi Daya Prima/konsultan GCG), SGL Management (Management and Business Consultant), Business Performance Solution (SKB).
This year, TOP CSR has 850 companies in Indonesia as candidates winners and of 200 companies participated in the assessment, 160 partcipated in full and Adaro was selected as one of the best winners with 5 start predicat.
The appreciation given by TOP CSR Award to Adaro for the second time in row showed that Adaro has contributed a lot in all areas assessed and exceeded the expectation of the jury.
