The holder of DHF program at the Paringin Puskesmas (community health center) Santy Ermasari here on Saturday said that various efforts have been made to prevent and control the spread of dengue fever in the area.
"We have carried out various things, namely larva surveys, eradication of mosquito nests (PSN), suppressing the larva-free rate (ABJ), and fogging," she said.
According to her, DHF case in Paringin Sub-district was due to unsanitary environment. There were cans, empty buckets, and a resident's pool contaning larva.
