The government of Banjar District is ready to collaborate the Smart Kampung Manis (which stands for Maju, Mandiri dan Agamis) program with the program of the Statistik Love Village (Desa Cantik) from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS).
It was stated as Banjar Regional Secretary M Hilman lead an audience to the BPS office in Jakarta, Wednesday concurrently to hand over an asset of land from Banjar government to BPS.
Banjar Secretary was with the Head of Communication, Informatics, Statistics, and Coding Agency M Aidil Basith, Head of IKP M Hamdani, and Head of South Kalimantan BPS Yos Rusdiansyah. They were received by BPS Head Margo Yuwono.
Desa Cantik is an innovation of BPS aimed at expeditingbureaucratic reform in all mnistries or institution as well as fostered village for the BPS sectoral statistics focus program.
Meanwhile, Smart Kampung Manis is a new program by theRegent of Banjar Saidi Mansyur to improve services in the village with the support of information technology.
"We hope that in the future both the fostered villages will be more advanced and develope," said Hilman, supported by Basith, who said that BPS is also ready to assist in the development of human resources in his agency (Diskominfo).
Basith hopes that with this assistance Diskominfo will have a competent human resources in statistics data management, analysis, and utilization.
M Hilman said the handover of land asset to BPS because the object had been removed from the assets of the Banjar District Government and has been recorded as BPS asset so it must be submitted.
Head of BPS Margo Yuwono thanked the existing cooperation with Banjar government and promised to assist it in managing statistical data.
