The PKS politician on Saturday revealed the revision of No. 10 Local Regulation/2011 on Entertainment and Recreation (THM) Tax is under discussion. He believes the right of assembly will not be eliminated to give recommendation to permit the entertainment type of discotheque.
"THM regulation is indeed a privilege for members of assembly. Each discotheques application permit must exist its recommendation, even it should be through plenary session," he said.
