Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan  (Anataranews Kalsel) - A number of shops in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan provincial capital, not all open at the H + 3 of Eid 1436 Hijri.


As monitor on Monday (H + 3), some shops in the "city of a thousand rivers" Banjarmasin still mostly closed or not all go to sell their wares.

Especially in shopping centers in the city such as Jalan Hasanuddin HM, Jalan Sudimampir, Jalan Pangeran Samudera, Jalan Ujung Murung, as well as Jalan Kolonel Soegiono.

"Most of the shop owners are still going home or having Eid vacation with family in their hometown," said Ufi, the owner of a sewing machine shop at Jalan Pangeran Antasari.

While Adi, resident of Anjir, Barito Kuala, confessed to be confused looking batik cloth, because clothing stores still closed.

The Anjir citizen, who is also a tailor, thinks fabric shops in here already open at H + 3.

But since H + 1 (the second day of Eid), restaurants as well as food stalls all mostly open.

In addition, merchants of various staples, such as rice, sugar, as well as fish and needs has been open since H + 1.
