Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Chief of Banjarmasin City Police Commissioner Drs Wahyono MH states, guard in layers is applied on shopping complex which specially selling gold jewelry.
"Shop gold is prone to criminality during Ramadan, so we do guard in layers," he said on Sunday.
He said Sabhara and Vital Objects Security Unit Police are those who conduct the layers security. Each member of the police always equipped with weapon to anticipate major crimes such as robbery.
"We expect the incidence of crime does not happen in this city during Ramadan or other months. If there are bold and instantly caught, we act firmly on the ground and in the investigation," he said.
Wahyono continued to say beside guard in layers, Banjarmasin police establish monitoring posts in the area of shopping complex. Here the police picket 1x24 hours everyday in order to serve the public.
