Amuntai, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Population Administration Information System or SIAK and electronic ID card equipment in North Hulu Sungai are broken that eight subdistricts hampered to provide making document services.


Central Amuntai Sub-district Head Rahman Heriyadi in Amuntai on Sunday said due to SIAK network system damaged now manual data have to be brought to the Population and Civil Registration Agency for further processing.

"Being unable to be online, we are forced to take manual data only. Normally we send it online to the server in Disdukcapil," said Rahman.

Eight districts whose SIAK devices damaged are Sungai Pandan, South Amuntai, Central Amuntai, Banjang, North Amuntai, Sungai Tabukan and Babirik.

While damage to equipment for making electronic Identity Card (e-KTP) occurred in six sub-districts, namely Haur Gading, Sungai Tabukan, Central Amuntai, South Amuntai, Sungai Pandan and Babirik.
