Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Executing tasks Head Office of the National Land Agency of South Kalimantan Region Dadang Suhendi revealed, a lot of land in the province in dispute because of the overlap of ownership.
"The overlap of ownership makes problems are difficult for the National Land Agency (BPN)," he said, after the submission of a land certificate of pilgrim hostel of South Kalimantan on Tuesday.
He pointed out that land disputes making Syamsudin Noor Airport expansion project to be halted, as well as the Sector Police of Gambut, Banjar District, has lost in land disputes.
"Finally, Regional Police Chief admonish us (BPN), how the status of land rights are there, why can lose," he said.
He explains, the provincial BPN and BPN in 13 districts and municipalities in South Kalimantan termed as biological fathers of the birth of certificate for citizens' land ownership rights are legally protected stronger. That everything is archived.
"Do not be compared because the loss of a marriage certificate, a child who has been born can be regarded as an illegitimate child. It was wrong! As we've produced a certificate product that was recorded official archived and it legal status can not be aborted ," he said.
He asked all levels of BPN in South Kalimantan to really keep records or land books stored in each BPN. Because it is the life of BPN and fate of South Kalimantan residents.
"If there was brutality taking or change in the data archive, though one, it will give birth to be a long legal issues," he said.
