Martapura, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Jawa Village in Banjar district launched a program named "Smile Society" to help local people in handling of administration documents, licensing and more.


Head of village, Bambang Dedi Mulyadi, in Martapura said on Thursday, Jawa village is in sub-district Martapura Kota, providing services covering almost all aspects, both licensing until death certificate.

He acknowledges, many members of the public do not know or are afraid if they you want to deal with the village as well as other agencies in the scope of Banjar District.

"On that basis, we made the program "Smile Society` to help the citizens of difficulties when dealing with the government so they can smile," he said.

The program includes emergency services for 1x24 hours by village office in cooperation with the heads of the neighborhood unit (RT) in the Jawa village.

"If there are people who suffered like death in the middle of the night or a jn holiday, or a fire, then our officers assisted by RT ready to help them," he said.

It also provides emergency administration services if the public want to deal on holidays such as Saturday and Sunday so it remains underserved.
