Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - Police arrested hundreds men suspected thugs in the city area, because their deeds disturbing the public.


"Hundreds of men were arrested in January 2015, because they had no identity card and a clear job, and their bodies covered with tattoos," said Banjarmasin police chief Kombes Wahyono Sik here on Monday.

Data received from the Sabhara Police, the suspected thugs as many as 275 people and is currently undergoing examination.

Of the 275 suspected, seven persons examined in criminal caseas as they were caught while binge drinking, taking drugs and having unlicensed weapons.

They who are not related to criminal offenses only taken data and subsequent guidance sign a waiver.

Wahyono said, based on surveillance in the city of Banjarmasin there about seven critical points of crime and gangsterism prone.
