Pelaihari, South Kalimantan (Antaranews Kalsel) - Chief of Pelaihari State Prosecutors or Kejari, Bambang Prisanto SH said during the 2014 his office managed to save 2,000 hectares of land owned by PT Inhutani III from dispute.
"For the success of saving the land owned by the Banjarbaru Inhutani III, Pelaihari's Kejari invited by Inhutani center for exposure," said Bambang Prisantoso accompanied by the Head of Datun (civil and state administration), Ujang Wijarnako SH, in Pelaihari, Thursday (11/12).
Moreover, according to him, the Kejari provide legal assistance to Inhutani III Banjarbaru with 12 special letters of authority in land dispute with residents in several villages in Tanah Laut District.
Pelaihari's Kejari also provide legal assistance to the Tanah Laut taps company in customer's arrears of water bills, then helped PLN in disputes with customers in arrears of payment of electricity bills amounting to Rp93,491,638.
"While in 2013 we also accompanying H Boejasin Pelaihari hospital in the WWTP construction and procurement of medical equipment," said Ujang Wijarnako.
In 2014 the Pelaihari'Kejari again provided legal assistance to H Boejasin hospitals in form of four-wheeled vehicle procurement operations, procurement of ambulances, the procurement of medical equipment and also assistance for Madrasyah Aliyah Cendikian Insan Tanah Laut.
"State Attorney Pelaihari since 2013 to 2014 has been carrying out legal services to the community in a way Tanah Laut community came to the State Attorney's Office and legal counseling to the community," he explained.
