Kotabaru, Kalimantan (Antaranews) - At least 16 of the 21 units of the official cars formerly used by the 2009-2014 Kotabaru councilors were returned after they were not elected.
Kotabaru DPRD secretary through Public Relation, Muhammad Safrian, Tuesday, explained, before the inaugration of new councilors (on period of 2014-2019), the majority of official cars inventory have been returned to the secretariat.
"We have received, among others, three cars previously worn by the respective heads of the commission (Commission I, II and III)," said Safrian Tuesday.
Then, seven cars previously worn by floor leader, four cars from DPRD speakers and two from the head of Honorary council (BK) and chief of Badan Legislasi (a body in the council for drafting legislation).
Other assets of facilities returned are 20 units of laptops.
When questioned about a number of cars have not been return, Safrian said, they are still in the process, because of time plagued.
