The district government of Barito Kuala (Batola) and the Marabahan District Attorney (Kejari) agreed to establish cooperation agreement in the handling of civil law and state administration (TUN). 

Regent of Batola Hj Noormiliyani AS and Head of the Marabahan Prosecutors Office La Kanna on Wednesday (Sept 23, 2020) signed the agreement witnessed by Acting District Secretary H Abdul Manaf, Head of Law Wahyudie, Head of PR Hery Sasmita, and the prosecutor's Office officials.

They were incuding Head of inteligence Section Martin Eko Priyanto, Head of General Crime Section Andita Rizkianto, Head of Civil Law and State Administration Gusti M Khahfi Alamsyah, and Head of Evidence Section Ulfa Aminuddin and others.   

Head of the Marabahan District Attorney La Kanna said, the district government and prosecutor's office always work together in realizing the common good. While their MoU was a manifestation of the Law on Prosecutor's Office No. 16 of 2004. 

Regarding cooperation in handling civil law and state administration, according to La Kanna, this includes law enforcement, law enhancement, and public services. 

In increasing legal awareness of the public, La Kanna said, his party will conduct socialization, so people, including government employees (ASN), can understand and obey all legal provisions in any field, including in agriculture, livestock, mining, and other sectors.

The Kejari actually has a socialization program, such as Prosecutor Go To School Program, Prosecutor Enter Madrasah, and Prosecutor Greeting. However, he said, they had to be delayed due to the pandemic. 

Meanwhile, Regent Hj Noormiliyani AS said that the cooperation in handling legal issues is very important. She hopes their cooperation is not limited in the civil law and state administration, but also in other fields. 

This is considering due to the COVID-19 pandemic there are many activity programs that require guidance from the prosecutor's office, especially related to social assistance, the handling of which involves stakeholders at the village and urban village levels.
