Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - Bands of gunmen attacked gold shops in Kalindo Market, Banjarmasin. They not only robbed gold, but also shot merchants up left two people dead, three critically. 

Some residents at the scene said the robbery was very surprising occurred Saturday around 14:00. The robbers directly open fire at citizens who want to fight. 
     
"The atmosphere is very tense, like a war," said Arsyad, who was near the scene to haqve a haircut. 
     
Upon hearing the gunfire and cries of "robber-robber", he just ran. One of his friends who also having a haircut was only stunned silence witnessed the incident. 
      
Citizens who wish to fight, or scream for help, he said, immediately threatened with being shot, so that when the robbers in action no one dared to move. 
     
South Kalimantan Police Chief Brigjen Machfud Arifin directly reviewing the scene in a gold shop Arifah, not far from the entrance of Kalindo Market. 
     
According to the police chief, two deaths in the event, the shop owner, Hani (35) and Salimin (45), a groceries trader near the site of the robbery. In addition, three people were also hit by gunfire now in critical condition in hospital care. 
  
Three victims in critically Umi Kalsum (37), wife of the owner of the gold shop, and Amat (24) and Irfan (40). 
     
According to Machfud, one of the robbers was arrested. "Residents caught him, and the suspect has been arrested," he said. 
     
He said police continue to hunt for other criminals. The police will pursue the perpetrators seriously to be caught, with a key suspect who is now secured.
